What is your return / replacement policy?

All items in this store are produced specifically for this program following the close of the ordering window. Because items are made to order, all sales are final except in cases of verified order issues. If you receive a missing, incorrect, or defective item, please report it to your program coordinator within 7 days of pickup. Approved issues will be resolved through replacement or refund. Items ordered incorrectly (including size) are not eligible for return.
